If overtime is ever needed, it’s only ₱70/hour per cleaner. Still, overtime is uncommon. If we believe that the number of cleaners with 8 hours each isn’t enough to complete the task, the Operations Manager or Team Leader will inform you in advance and recommend options, like downgrading some areas to semi-general cleaning or prioritizing general clean-up for key zones.
