Semi-General Cleaning is ideal for homes that need more than basic cleaning but don’t require deep cleaning. It includes thorough decluttering, light organizing, and surface sanitizing across the property. Services cover exterior cleaning of appliances and furniture, vacuuming sofas and mattresses, changing covers, vacuuming or replacing curtains, dusting ceilings, walls, and windows, and sweeping and mopping floors. It does not include moving furniture to clean hidden areas, mopping ceilings and walls, deep window cleaning, or removal of heavy molds, stains, rust, or discoloration. Shampooing or steam cleaning of sofas, mattresses, and curtains, as well as fogging disinfection, are also excluded. This package is best for regular maintenance and mild cleaning needs.

Cleaning Hours, Time Limit & Overtime

Our rates are carefully calculated based on your property’s specifics, and in 90% of cases, no extended hours are needed. The time we quote is usually more than enough to finish the job properly.
In rare cases where the property is in severe condition, and more time is needed, overtime is only ₱70/hour per cleaner, just enough to cover manpower, with no profit added.
Upon arrival, our cleaners will assess the property. If they see it may take longer, we’ll let you know right away and offer the option to downgrade certain areas to basic cleaning to avoid extra charges.
