Semi-General Cleaning is ideal for homes that need more than basic cleaning but don’t require deep cleaning. It includes thorough decluttering, light organizing, and surface sanitizing across the property. Services cover exterior cleaning of appliances and furniture, vacuuming sofas and mattresses, changing covers, vacuuming or replacing curtains, dusting ceilings, walls, and windows, and sweeping and mopping floors. It does not include moving furniture to clean hidden areas, mopping ceilings and walls, deep window cleaning, or removal of heavy molds, stains, rust, or discoloration. Shampooing or steam cleaning of sofas, mattresses, and curtains, as well as fogging disinfection, are also excluded. This package is best for regular maintenance and mild cleaning needs.

In rare cases where the property is in severely poor condition and requires more time, our overtime fee is only ₱70/hour per cleaner—just enough to cover additional labor costs, with zero profit added.
Upon arrival, our team will assess the condition of the space. If they believe the cleaning may take longer, they’ll inform you right away and give you options. You can choose to:
- Proceed with overtime, or
- Downgrade less-priority areas to basic cleaning to stay within the original quote.
